Exploring Irau Yellow Pas
October, 12 2013
TRANS IRAU-YELLOW-PASS is 2110m-1667m-1587m respectively above sea level, the trail is a continuous up and down trekking with total distance about 12 KM.
The track follows the borderline between Pahang and Perak and the presence of boarder stones makes it easier to follow the trail. Best part is, it will be a one-way direction only, so we do not have to walk back the same way to get out.
I decided to do this trail again once I know half of the Mt. Yellow has gone and become vege farm.
The first stage of the hike from Mossy Forest to Mt. Irau has taken most of our time on photo shotting and enjoying the view. Taken our lunch after between Mt. Irau and 30 minutes below Mt. Yellow, that place would be the best view of the whole journey.
